Hotel project Mirabell Bad Gastein
The Hotel in the historic center of Bad Gastein is a traditional Gastein hotel building. The particularly beautiful style facade of the southern house was protected as a historical monument, the original rooms that are still preserved.
The house has two separate sources of thermal water with a daily discharge of 200 m³. Additional structures are planned for staff apartments, SPA and hotel shops.
The construction (renovation and partially new construction) is planned with the aim of long-term management by a tenant under an international hotel brand.
