During the reconstruction, the original layout was completely demolished and the entire space was opened as much as possible. The apartment is now divided into two parts by a central load-bearing wall hammered into brick. In the front there is a bathroom with Venetian stucco, separated by a custom-made glass wall and a kitchenette with a small dining table. In the second part of the apartment is a library with a desk and a bed.
The whole apartment is very well lit thanks to the southern orientation and large windows, in which the original cast glass has been preserved to this day. There is also a historic tiled stove or original wooden floor.
