Located in the exclusive gated community of Terrace Estate part of the gated Santa Barbara Plantation, home to the Pete Dye Old Quarry Golf Course, marinas and soon to be Sandals Resort, lies this newly built contemporary ocean view villa. A unique five-bedroom, two-story property designed on trend with contemporary features as open floor plans, large glass pane windows, integrated smart home technology and grand views brought by the symmetrical layout. The 1,211 m² villa lies privately in a cul-de-sac on a 5,834 m² elevated lot overlooking the Spanish Water.
The electric gate welcomes you onto the slope driveway, past the tropical landscaped garden below, leading you to the two-car garage with a convenient two-car carport and additional parking. A walking bridge connects the driveway above the garden to the villa. A large pivot front door reveals the modern, open plan interior, starting at the kitchen. The first area to your rights, a large 8.9 m² pantry with built in shelving followed by the kitchen. Here top brand wine fridge, fridge and combi oven are elegantly built in to the dark cabinetry opposite the marble island with induction cooktop, sink and dishwasher. A guest bathroom lies behind the kitchen on the opposite end. Continuing the open plan is the dining area attached to the island and further in the corner the elevated study with hallway to the master bedroom. This open area comes together underneath a wooden peak ceiling and uniform grey tiles wrapped in large glass windows providing all areas with a complete view of the terrace, pool deck and Spanish Water.
