This garage also has a storage area & laundry facility which is accessible from the carport and the garden.
A grand and unforgettable entrance awaits as the door opens to a spacious cathedral beamed ceiling living room with a direct view onto the ocean over the infinity pool. The living area has the architect’s signature skylight, nooks and openness with the covered terrace revealed by the bi-fold doors. Directly to the left lie two bedrooms, each with access to the tropical garden. Between these two rooms, one in use as a library, is the double sink-, stall shower-bathroom. Left of the main door lies a powder room followed by an open office with views over the front garden.
To the right the living room, a few steps down from the main entrance landing, lies the master en-suite bedroom. Double sinks line up one wall while doors on the opposite side open to the serene bath space, complete with a toilet nook, stall shower and bathtub filled with natural light from the skylight above.
