Leading Thai residential investment company SENA Development Pcl, and Japanese integrated real estate developer Hankyu Hanshin Properties Corp., jointly present Niche MONO Mega Space Bangna, a collaborative mega project located in one of Bangkok’s up-and-coming prime locations.
This developed is a joint venture of SENA Development Public Company Limited formerly Krungthep Keha Group Co., Ltd., and Hankyu Hanshin Properties Corp. Sena was incorporated on May11,1993 by Mr.Theerawat Thanyalakphark (CEO) and Managing Director. Mr. Theerawat commenced the business by selling and installing wooden construction materials before entering into the residential real estate development business. This business has been operated by Mr. Theerawat for almost 31 years, starting from townhouses, the first project of which was the “SENA 84 Project” in 1984, followed by single-detached houses, twin houses, condominiums and commercial buildings.
Hankyu Hanshin Properties Corp. is a Japanese company who develops, operates, leases, and markets real estate properties. It offers lease of offices, commercial facilities, real estate development, area management, real estate fund apartment houses, detached houses, residential land sales, brokerage, remodeling, rental management, and land utilization. The company was founded in 1947 and is based in Osaka, Japan.
The 40-storey high-rise condominium is crafted under a concept of “Double Space and Triple Facilities”, boasting expansive residential units and common areas set amid a pleasant landscape in Bangna.
