Overlooking the sea and the Porto Vecchio of Porto Ercole, this finely restored villa enjoys great privacy and quietness. The unique location of the property makes it very easy to reach the town and its harbor in a few minutes, either by foot, in 5 minutes, by a small shortcut, or by car.
Above all, this is THE ONLY villa in the area offering such a magnificent view of Porto Ercole's harbor. No other significant building in the area can enjoy such a panoramic sight on the harbor, its entrance, the sea, and these historical monuments, and the Monte Argentario, altogether.
The villa is directly across Forte Filippo (built in 1558, and named after Felipe ii, king of Spain) and has the Fortezza Spagnola (built slightly later) on its right side, with a view on the old church of the village, Sant'Erasmo.
