A large space with teak wooden floors (the same material as used on boats) leads to a living area with comfortable design sofas by Bergamin and a custom made open plan kitchen with dining space.

Upper Floors
A staircase, created by an artisan of Carlo Scarpa, leads to the first floor with bedroom and ensuite bathroom (shower). On the second floor is a further spectacular bedroom with bathroom, while on the third floor is a studio/living room, with access to the amazing altana with magnificent views of the Venetian skyline and of the beautiful Frari Church.
