Thus, to ensure absolute privacy, once the garage door is closed, you enter a green yard surrounded by mature trees on all sides and about 60 fruit trees such as: cherries, plums, pears, apples and nuts, ending with a rope through which a merry brook streams on the border of the property. Therefore, blooming in spring, full of fruit in summer until late autumn, sunny and white in mild winters, protected from the wind and with a moderate climate, the yard was thoughtfully designed to provide both an exceptional environmental framework and a visual protection that would prevent every prying eye to slip.
The house was designed by an artist for his own use and served as a creative residence. It has all the necessary facilities: it is connected to the water system of the city that comes from the alpine lake of Valea Doftanei, it has a fountain with high flow of drinking water, fireplace, central gas heating, internet, satellite antenna, telephone, security video cameras and alarm. It can provide a perfect living environment for a couple or family, as it is the best place to raise children, retire or escape from the excruciating heat or stress of a big city.
