A residence of inspiring architecture near the town of Panevėžys on a picturesque land plot on the bank of the river Lėvuo will become a cosy home for your family or a second house for those who love nature, appreciate individual aesthetics and functionality.
The main idea of the house to create a pleasant and healthy residential environment was implemented through the use of clear architectural shapes, rational arrangement of premises, durable construction and finishing materials. A two storey residential house is full of natural light thus creating the feeling as if the nature surrounding the building has entered into the house.
The spaces in the house were arranged so that distances between functionally related premises would be the shortest ones. For this reason, there are two staircases in different poles of the house and the house has a few entries.
