Elegant apartment with modern built-in furniture on the sixth floor of the prestigious Palác Dlouhá project in the heart of Prague’s Old Town. The apartment was designed under the supervision of the R21 Architects studio by connecting two smaller units. The idea behind was arranging one as a comfortable living area for the apartment owner while leaving the other one as an apartment for visitors. The current layout can be kept, adapted to the preferences of the new owner by adding additional bedrooms or the apartments can be easily separated and one of them could be used for rent. Only the highest quality materials were used during the reconstruction such as wooden floors, stone, and ceramic large-format tiles, underfloor heating in the bathrooms, and built-in LED lights.
The main unit offers a spacious living room with a kitchen with beautiful views of the Týn Church through the old town roofs, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and entrance to the terrace, utility room, and a guest toilet. All rooms are equipped with quality Italian furniture. The living room and bedroom have electrically operated curtains and blinds.
