Impressive and newly construction houseboat, with a historical look, with three bedrooms, a lovely sun terrace and a living area of approx. 124 m2, located in the centre at the Prinsengracht corner Utrechtsestraat, one of the most beautiful locations of Amsterdam.
Layout:
The boat has a private entrance at the quay of Prinsengracht, where no car can be parked, with sufficient room to park your bicycle, scooter or even your Biro. The entrance of the houseboat is located in the wheelhouse. This wheelhouse is the highest part of the boat and is really an autonomous super convivial living/sitting area, which provides access to the lovely sun terrace on the deck, with view on the water, the boats passing by and the characteristic canal buildings.
Stairs are leading downwards and provide access to the hall. Adjacent to this hall are the master bedroom, luxurious bathroom with jacuzzi, walk-in shower and washbasin, closets and separate toilet.
In both the bathroom, hallway and living room, use was made of heavily opaque glass doors with oak lath construction, which forms a unique stylish whole between the various areas.
From the hall you arrive in the bright living room, with a large, open kitchen with all necessary built-in appliances, including a dishwasher, spacious refrigerator, separate freezer, oven and steam oven. The large open space is very bright, this is thanks to the large skylights and the portholes which provide a unique view right above the water level. At the same time, you have lots of privacy. There is plenty of space in the large room to realise a dining corner and sitting area. By means of a small difference in elevation, the areas are separated from each other, which provides lots of atmosphere to the space. In addition, the area is optimally used by creating sophisticated storage spaces, such as by using a shoe cabinet below the wooden floor, built-in closets for all your technical gadgets and a hidden beamer screen for the ultimate cinema evening.
The sitting area provides access to two bedrooms with typical naval box beds for an ultimate nautical atmosphere, situated in the front part of the boat.

The houseboat is located at the Prinsengracht corner Utrechtsestraat, opposite the iconic Amstelveld, at the gorgeous canal belt (Zuid) in the inner city of Amsterdam. For daily groceries there are numerous specialty shops and caterers within walking distance, as well as stylish boutiques and trendy catering establishments. Utrechtsestraat is right around the corner, there are multiple hotspots in this convivial shopping street. Tram and bus stop Prinsengracht are a small distance away.
