Located within the neighborhood of Sorsaka, a popular quite area, lies one of the most grandesque villa’s, perfect for entertaining with its cascading pool, treehouse, bar lounge and outdoor BBQ kitchen. From the front it mingles naturally with the other villas within the street, however upon further inspection you will quickly recognize its unique character.
Two gates along the front wall allows for ease of access and a luxurious feeling when entering the property, ample parking outside without obstructing the driveway and a large double garage. Along the right side there is also a long driveway extending to the rear of the villa and a walkway from the front gate leading to the majestic double front door.
Directly through the front door you are welcomed by a large central living area, seamlessly merging the living room, dining room and kitchen together. This harmonious living space brings the whole family together. The kitchen itself is large and contains a kitchen island in the middle, it looks out over the front driveway and greenery outside. The spacious comfortable lounge looks out at the rear covered patio and garden/pool areas beyond that.
Adjacent to the living area is a connecting hallway which leads you to three bedrooms and a bathroom. At the end of the hallway you will find the master bedroom with its en-suite bathroom, walk in closet and grand design.
