An exceptional Victorian English country house. It retains a number of period features. With no surrounding neighbours it is set in approximately an acre of formal and informal gardens. Located about two miles (3.2 km) north of the main village of Berwick, Berwick Station includes a garage, a small shop and a pub called the Berwick Inn.
The County town of Lewes is close by to the east and served by a Waitrose and many other shopping and recreational facilities. Towards the coast Brighton and Eastbourne are within easy reach.
