A new project of only 50 apartments located a short walk from the centre of Chatel.
The project consists of four separate chalet-style buildings with far reaching panoramic views. There is a range of properties to suit all budgets from studios to 4 bedroom penthouses. The apartments will be finished to a high quality, including all kitchens and bathrooms, with locally sourced stone and wood used throughout the build.
All apartments have garages (two for the larger apartments) plus the benefit of ski lockers and bike storage. Also, there will be aluminium electric roller shutters, built-in cupboards and collective underfloor gas central heating (except bathrooms and toilets). Bathrooms will have electric heated towel rails.
There are 9 x 1 bed apartments. 6 of these have a coin montagne (ie. small windowless bunk room) and 1 has 2 coins montagnes. New builds benefit from reduced notary fees of 2.5%. Payments are also staged throughout the build as work progresses, so you can spread the cost over a period of time.
