It is a pleasant 15 minute walk to the centre of the village, accessible via the ski shuttle bus during the day and a stone’s throw from 2 restaurants, 1 highly reputed in the area and the other boutique hotel style. Floodlit night time skiing takes place twice a week on the red run close by.



There is gas-fired central heating throughout, anti break-in windows, and heated outside paving between the 2 buildings. Building 1 (the original farmhouse + extension) comprises on the lower staggered levels:-



An entrance, off of which is a vaulted cave, leads to an inner hallway with separate toilet behind a charming mazot door, a boiler / laundry room, and a double bedroom with ensuite of shower and washbasin in quarried stone tiles.



An oak staircase leads to the upper floor with vast living area and open plan kitchen. The Meltoni gas cooker is a feature in itself! Another decorative mazot door off the kitchen leads to the front of the property and the road beyond, where parking is authorised in the municipal parking area opposite. French windows give access onto a balcony at the back for al fresco dining, with uninterrupted views across to the Aravis mountain range.



Offset from the living area and accessed via several steps down is the extension with anti room to the bedroom housing wardrobes. The double bedroom has a decorative mezzanine area accessed via traditional farmhouse wooden stairs. The large ensuite has a jacuzzi bath, his and hers washbasins, a shower and toilet with feature mazot door to the corridor.



Under building 1 and accessed independently is a further bedroom suite with granite ensuite (bath with shower attachment, toilet and twin washbasins).



Building 2 (further extension) comprises 4 further suites, 2 on each level, each with independent access but interconnecting double doors between those on the same floor. The 2 ground floor suites have direct access to the garden whilst the upper two have balconies and the addition of log burners. One of the upper floor suites is a duplex with oak staircase leading to a charming mazot children’s bedroom and a further sleeping / cosy reading area. Each ensuite has a jacuzzi bath, twin washbasins and a toilet.



The basement is accessed via a staircase from the entrance and houses ski lockers, another boiler room, separate laundry room, outdoor access, and a studio apartment with kitchenette and ensuite with shower, toilet and washbasin.
