This chalet is situated at the end of a small road. With no passing traffic, and the countryside on the doorstep this is a truly tranquil spot. The village of Cote d'Arbroz is just a couple of minutes away, skiing at Mont Chery (the locals' favourite mountain) and Les Gets just five minutes by car, and Morzine just fifteen minutes away by car. There is a three bedroomed chalet and a two bedroomed apartment downstairs which can either be completely separate for rental income or integrated to host more people. It sits on a plot of constructible land over 2000m2 with beautiful views of the surrounding forests and mountains.
