The chalet consists of 230 sqm of habitable space. This comprises of ground floor; entrance way leading to ground floor bedrooms and access to main staircase. This level also houses the technical room equipped with geothermal heat pump powering the under floor heating and laundry area – this room is also large enough for additional storage of ski equipment or laundry drying space. The ground floor holds the majority of the sleeping space with 4 spacious double bedrooms and a smaller bunkroom. A shower room and bathroom are located on this level and the bunkroom could provisionally be converted to a further bathroom. An lockable under stairs storage area also provides an ideal landlord locker.
Moving up to the middle floor you benefit from the large wrap round windows and panoramic views of the Rhone Valley and mountain ranges – sliding windows give access to the wrap round balcony and West facing sun terrace.
