Directly on the river Vecht, with its own jetties and berth for a boat, at just 25 minutes from Amsterdam or Utrecht by car. In a rural environment between meadows and water, we offer this well-maintained, luxury villa with detached porch and garage. The villa (traditionally built, tiled roof, built 1988) is on a 940 m2 plot. The living area is 204 m2. Thanks to the rural location, you can find peace and privacy here after a long day of work. The home was fully restyled as of 2010. The large amount of light, the windows with panes, the white shutters, the large overhangs and the romantic garden with multiple terraces are characteristic of the atmosphere the home exudes.
This villa is in the Randstad, is surrounded by water and greenery and is situated in a meander of the river Vecht in Nederhorst den Berg. A typical old Dutch town: atmospheric, authentic and still pleasantly ‘village-like’. A great place to live for all ages. The village has all sorts of facilities in the field of sports, culture and education that make it so pleasant to live in this area.
