A modern family house with a beautiful view of the castle is located in a quiet part of Devin, situated on a sloping terrain with two and access roads.
The family house has a basement and is divided into two floors. When entering the house you will be greeted by a lighted entrance hall with a gallery and a dining area. The living area with a fireplace connected to a kitchen equipped with Siemens appliances only enhances the airiness and generosity of the entire space. There is an entrance to a terrace with garden sitting and whirlpool directly from the social area. Further there is a guest bedroom with wardrobe on the lower floor, as well as a relaxation zone of the house offering a fully equipped wellness area (infra sauna, Finnish sauna, relaxation room).
The upper floor has three bedrooms. The main bedroom with separate wardrobe and bathroom provides enough privacy. The dominant element of the whole space is an open gallery with a library.
The interior and exterior of the house were designed by the designer with regard to the uniqueness, functionality and comfort of a larger family.
