Investment opportunity in the U.S. Imagine going back to the early 1970’s and buying downtown buildings in Aspen, CO before the big rush. Or Breckenridge, CO in the early 1980’s. I am looking for strong, long-term investors to purchase up to half the downtown buildings immediately, then additional buildings as they come available. One of the properties comes with two prime vacant lots, and there are four underutilized lots, and two more vacant lots to pursue as well. Other opportunities will include acquiring both City Hall and the County Complex, via trades, to create additional income from hotel, restaurant, and retail operations.
Once these buildings are purchased, they will be upgraded, restored, and put to highest and best use. Lookout Ski Resort to the east has started its expansion onto another mountain in Idaho and, once complete, will also expand onto another mountain in Montana, creating one of the largest ski areas in the west. Both resorts are off of Interstate 90, as is Wallace.
