An Extraordinary family house of about 2,500 m2 with a set of a complex functional requirements that include spa areas, wellness spaces, guest areas, gourmet room, 6 bedrooms suites and several atmosphere to feel the nature and light.
The building is developed on a single floor, taking a large part of the plot and embracing the landscape. It is a forceful and precise volume that closes outwards, jealous of the privacy of its inhabitants and opening completely to the natural park, as if wanting to embrace it and incorporate it into the project.
Inside, there is a sequence of patios, gardens and water features with light boxes around which the living spaces are organized, creating the notion of living in a garden. The boundary between inside and outside is constantly blended together and diluted.
The shapes and materials used seek to blend in with the place. We will use a simple and precise palette of noble and natural materials: stone, glass, wood, water and, finally, the plant matter that will communicate with nature in the only honest language we have, the language of shapes and geometry. A true paradise on Earth in Sotogrande near Polo, Golf and sea.
