The living room and dining room transition pleasantly into each other. The sightlines to the half-open kitchen are excellent, which allows you not to notice the kitchen when you are not cooking, but when you are cooking you are in contact with the rest of the very spacious living area. The living room and dining room feature a Boley gas fireplace, beautiful spacious built-in closets and a beautiful natural stone floor, along with 4 built-in floor sockets and of course floor heating. Both living room and dining room feature spacious outside areas. The storey floor is also insulated so well that the downstairs neighbours will not notice any sound from the penthouse.

Included in the sleeping and relaxation areas are the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and sufficient custom closet space. The master bedroom features air conditioning and a custom wall unit featuring a television lift. The bathroom features a Pharo whirlpool, double washstand, walk-in shower featuring a Sun shower, toilet and bidet. Furthermore, there is also a separate office with custom furniture unit and a built-in bed furniture in the closet. The separate sauna/fitness area features a Cleopatra sauna, an infrared sauna and a separate steam bath and air conditioning.
