Located in Slatine on the island of Čiovo, villa Ruby offers a calming environment and close proximity to naturally carved bays and pebble beaches, as well as numerous historic sites such as the town of Trogir which is connected to Ciovo by the bridge. Trogir is one of the most seductive towns on the Dalmatian coast and its culture was created under the influence of the ancient Greeks, the Romans, and Venetians. Trogir has a high concentration of palaces, churches, and towers, as well as a fortress on a small island and in 1997 the town was inscribed in the UNESCO World Heritage List.
Villa Ruby is a three-floor villa which is completely covered in Brač stone (the exclusive stone from which the White House, Washington D.C. was built) and it has 980 square meters of living space.
On the ground floor, there is a spacious bedroom with private bathroom and a terrace, a kitchen and dining room, living room with a fireplace, SPA area with hammam, Russian sauna, small indoor pool, relaxation area, and bathroom. Also, on the ground floor, there is a large dressing room, laundry room, wine cellar, pool table area, access to the technical area and a garage for three cars.
