In 1910, the architect Alfred Schellenberg submitted the building application for this special villa for the client Eugen Buderus. Characteristic of the villa is the kind of porcelain design of the facade, which gives it an extremely elegant appearance. Clear and fine, primarily, vertical and horizontal lines underline the filigree architecture and make it a cultural monument for artistic reasons.
The historic building villa is currently divided into three residential units, all of which are rented out.
