The Georgian property, which spans approximately 6,000 sq ft over six floors, is situated in Bath’s widest and grandest street completed in 1789, and just a short walk from the city centre. It has recently been the subject of an extensive refurbishment programme, overseen by English Heritage, and is immaculately presented with a mixture of classic period features and contemporary fixtures and fittings.
The accommodation, which currently consists of three reception rooms, six double bedrooms including a master suite and three shower rooms has the flexibility to suit all demands from staff quarters to guest suites, entertaining and recreational spaces as well as family living.
On the ground floor the entrance hall leads to a large study and onto a billiards room with a cloakroom at the end. The main grand reception rooms are situated on the first floor and feature a light and airy drawing room and a withdrawing room connected by traditional wedding doors.
