On top of the Halland Ridge, you’ll find this uninhabited agricultural property with an almost indescribably beautiful view of land and sea. This extraordinary view continues the whole way to Kullaberg from where you can even make out the Danish coast on the horizon. A charming gravelled road leads you through a small wooded area to an open area with billowing fields. Here, about one hectare has been planned as a large building site for a home and a guest house or garage. These plans have already received a favourable advanced ruling from the municipality.
