Strawberry Hill
Offered for sale for the first time in half a century, this unique property, measuring 75 hectares of which 67 hectares is Afro-temperate forest, is positioned close to George and Wilderness and is accessed via the very beautiful, newly-upgraded and historic Seven Passes Road.
Strawberry Hill gives one the feeling of being in the middle of nowhere and yet is so close to the golden beaches of Wilderness and the facilities the sought-after town of George has to offer. Two deep ravines of approximately 100m in height, separate Strawberry Hill from neighbouring properties. This hilltop property, with a flat, cleared area of almost 8 hectares, on which the homestead, cottage and other outbuildings are positioned, features two river boundaries, the Silver and Kaaimans, that meet at the southern point before leading out to the sea.
