Catalina, Koggala – A two bedroom luxury villa in a residential gated community with wellness and leisure facilities
Live a luxury resort lifestyle, with the exclusive atmosphere of a residential country club. Access this luxury gated community through your investment in a Dutch colonial style villa, each with elegant indoor spaces and private garden designed by the legendary artist and landscape designer, Laki Senanayake. Your typical day might begin with a yoga or t’ai chi class on the clubhouse lawn, a dip in the clubhouse pool, or a walk or jog round the specially-designed perimeter track. Home for breakfast, you’ll wish “good morning” to your villa housekeeping staff who are tending to your villa, then sit on your verandah and plan the rest of your day. You will find plenty to fill your day at Catalina. There will be organized activities every weekday morning and evening, ranging from chauffeured excursions to Colombo and nearby Galle, to cookery classes, guitar and piano lessons, quiz competitions, wine-tasting….the list goes on. You might also spend a few minutes discussing your requirements for the day with the clubhouse concierge. We offer a villa rental service to residents who may wish to travel for extended periods and wish to rent out their villas. We require our residents’ villa rentals to a minimum rental duration of two weeks and a maximum of six months, with a maximum of six rentals in any twelve month period.
