This majestic two-story villa with private sandy beach overlooking the Caribbean Sea, within the distinguished gated resort at Rif St. Marie is truly unique. With an enormous plot size of 6,910 m2 and main building of 800 m2, live the Caribbean life style with panoramic views, your own private beach, swimming pool and jacuzzi.
The property consists of the main villa with 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, a large terrace with pool and lounges harmoniously connecting with the villa. Just a few steps down from the terrace find your private beach with ample lounge areas by the seaside, or dining area just above looking out at sea. Lastly the guest house and home cinema with another 3 bedrooms and bathroom is to the left of the driveway upon entering through the main gate.
Upon entering the main villas front door, the grandeur design and quality of building instantly becomes apparent.
