Foxwood Homes is an exciting new off-plan development of detached chalets in Higashiyama, one of the premier all-season destinations in Niseko. It is a collaboration between LA-trained architect SAAD, local builders Sudo Construction, with 114 years of history, and our local partner Hokkaido Tracks Properties.
The Foxwood Homes are ideally located on an elevated-flat site bordering a forest area next to the famous farm Milk Kobo and close to Niseko Village’s Pure Park & Golf course, the two top summer destinations in Niseko. The Niseko Village ski area is two minutes away. Choose to stay hidden in the woods for quality time with the family, or venture out and blend into the local activities. At Foxwood, you can do both.
Drawing inspiration from the local Kitsune, or fox, Foxwood Homes are designed to fit in stylistically with the surrounding woods. The premium land and house mix delivers contemporary 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes all overlooking the iconic Mount Yotei.
