Colliers International has been retained as the exclusive advisor for the sale of the 100 percent fee interest of 2 Corporate Drive (the "Property"), a three story, 37,681 SF office building, located in Southfield, Michigan. Built in 2003, 2 Corporate Drive is fully leased to four separate tenants; Colliers International, Clarity Voice, Metro Care, and Cine-Tik, These tenants have multiple renewal options that can be exercised upon lease expiration.
