Surfside used to be full of old hotels and residences along the beach, but today it is a very different story. The Chateau Group is just one developer who is bringing extremely luxurious condominium buildings to this property, and one of their latest projects is the Chateau Ocean Surfside. Every one of the 60 units will have an obligatory view of the Atlantic Ocean, and they can offer this because the architects designed every “flow-thru” floor plan to face from the east to the west. This allows every resident to have constant views of the ocean as well as the ability to watch the sun go down over the Intercoastal Waterway and the bay.

The Chateau Ocean pre-construction Surfside is going to have the most prestigious address on the 9300 block on Collins Avenue. This means future residents will be close to the beach and some of the best shopping in the area. The Bal Harbour Shops are only three short blocks away, and they are where future residents will find stores full of the finest designers’ creations and restaurants by the most celebrated chefs. Every resident will be entitled to receive the fabulous amenities that come with living at the Chateau Ocean condominium Surfside. Along with the sand and ocean, residents will have swimming pools on private rooftop decks, a bar and restaurant by the pool with inside as well as outside tables, several beachfront swimming pools that will have immaculately landscaped pool decks, a bar in the lobby, private cabanas and an around-the-clock valet. The current pre-construction price for the Chateau Ocean condos for sale is about $1,300 per square foot.
