Belmont Estate is a private residential community and comprises a mix of permanent and part time residents. The estate sits on the hillside between two of the best beaches in the BVI: Smuggler’s Cove and Long Bay, at the western end of Tortola. Approximately 150 parcels of land comprise the Estate. About 50 homes have been built. Belmont Estate is probably the most popular vacation location on Tortola, with many owners offering their properties as rental villas during the months they are not present.Throughout the estate, most homes have been carefully constructed to blend into the natural terrain and much of the vegetation has been preserved.
