Thus a study / project of reconstruction of the existing buildings has been done and the surroundings of the house turned into a leisure area with swimming pool.
In relation to the other lands they have been fallow in recent years, but the farm has great potential for exploration, since it has already had an agricultural and fruit production, as well as wine production for Casa Borges. The municipality of Sabrosa is inserted in the demarcated region of the Douro.
The property Quinta de Rio Bom is located in Northern Portugal, Trás-os-Montes, Parada do Pinhão - Sabrosa county, Vila Real district.
