Pattaya is one of the world well-known multicultural seaside resort city on the eastern coast of the
Gulf of Thailand. The city is also near to the Chantaburi fruit farms and producers, where as close
to the Suvarnnabhumi International Airport and U-Tapao International Airport. The fast growing
tourist city especially people from China for both leisure and doing business. Our property is a good
option to those entrepreners who are looking for a self-contain warehousing facility. Our building
has 4 stories and is in the Heart of Pattaya where located on the bypass railway road, connecting to
the Motorway Road #7 which is ideal for logistic operation as it is only 1.3 km in distance. However, access to the building can be made by the Highway #3, Sukhumit Road as well.
The size of this under-one roof property is just slightly lesser than 1,000 square meters and it is
good for a small to medium business size start-up in Pattaya.
