Our staff will take care of your every need including cold towels on arrival, laundry service daily, and ensure that the villa is absolutely spotless at all times. You will have abundant and high quality linens, cookware, and tableware, and the staff will cut and arrange fresh flowers and coconuts. During your stay, you will have access to concierge service for booking all your activities including restaurants, boat charter, diving, spa, massage, private chef, and more.

Sandcastle is decorated in high quality fabrics and furnishings, like you would your own luxury home, NOT like a rental! Plenty of seating and lighting, baby grand piano (yes, you can request someone to come and play for you, ask our concierge. What a lovely way to enjoy your cocktails by the pool!) Lighted swimming pool (protective fencing available upon request), swinging day bed on the beach, beach chairs, umbrellas, plenty of patio seating around the pool, under the shaded lanai, or on the garden terrace. Full gym, including treadmill, bicycle, elliptical machine, free weights, yoga mat, exercise bands, full length mirror Linens provided: plentiful bath and beach towels as well as quality linens throughout. Master Suite: A retreat to exceed expectations. Kreiss furnishings including down filled sofa for movie nights, large screen TV, Keurig coffee machine, Tempurpedic mattress and pillows, very private balcony with comfortable chairs for enjoying afternoon tea or morning coffee, desk/office setup if you must work, and large bathroom with 2 sinks, bathtub (candles included!), romantic outdoor shower, and private toilet. 2nd Master Suite: Private stairway entrance, private balcony with comfortable chairs and table to enjoy a cocktail or a coffee with the best view in the house, king bed, and en suite bathroom including large stone shower. Large walk in closet and ample drawer space.
2 Guest King Bedrooms: these 2 rooms are identical, with the exception that one has the coveted Tempurpedic mattress! En suite bathrooms with large stone showers, large closets and plenty of drawer space in both rooms. The rooms open on to the patio area, a few steps away from the pool, with their own chairs in the shaded Lanai.
Kids Lounge: Two Twin Beds are set up as day beds for lounging and playing xbox! Housekeeping will make them up for comfortable sleeping at night. Suitable for small children up to about age 12.
