Layout
The entrance is in the original wheelhouse, which has a view across the water towards Buiten-IJ and Steigereiland. The entrance provides access to the spacious study on the first floor with a sturdy steel floor. You then reach the huge living room using the stairs with a height of over 4.5 metres. During the renovation, the entire cargo hold has been isolated and provided with a concrete power floated floor with floor heating.
