Custom made in Italy for this property, the bespoke kitchen cabinetry and marble benchtops feature an appliance and storage wall that discretely conceal the working components of the kitchen such as Gaggenau refrigeration and a built-in Miele coffee machine; then showcases a quadruple configuration of Miele ovens and shock freezer/wine cooler.

Pavilion Four is multi-purpose as a formal dining room, home office or large bedroom suite. Its vaulted ceilings and whitewashed walls are contrasted by Japanese black timber floorboards and wrap around deck. The pool house with infrared sauna, guest toilet, infrastructure equipment, and storage makes up Pavilion Five. There is ample land for further development and additional pavilions with concept plans for a wellness centre with spa, sauna and massage rooms.
