Golf village
EGCC Golf Resort is a unique living space in the middle of the Jõelähtme gold course. The history, nature, culture and traditions - characteristic to the Rebala Heritage Reserve, which the villages are a part of, are things only experienceable here. The distance from Tallinn city centre is only 23 km ( see location ). The golf villages have been designed by different architects; however, they all take into account the same principles and the traditions of Estonian coastal villages. Every village has their own story, style and character. We do not just offer houses; we provide a unique living environment, which is safe, comfortable and cozy.
Plots
Plots are available in sizes 1000 to 2000 m2. The average plot size is 1250 m2.
There are three ways to purchase a plot:
uy a plot on which you have the right to build a predetermined house (project and building permit approved) or the same architect will use it to design a so-called “individual project” taking into account the specificities of the plot and the needs of the buyer. Buy a plot and a template house (so-called “black box”), which has unfinished interior. Choosing this option enables the buyer to change the interior design and build the entire interior solution to fit their needs.
