Spacious villa on a fantastic plot situated directly on the Kagerplassen
Villa ‘ter Kaghe’ is located in one of the most attractive spots on the Kagerplassen. It is a generously-sized villa with a pier, boathouse and a glorious garden occupying 570 m2 of private land in quiet, rural surroundings among water and fields, yet still in the heart of the Randstad, close to Leiden and the A4. The villa dates from 1972. It was completely renovated and extended in 2003 and remains in excellent condition. The living area is 192 m2 distributed over two floors and a loft. The villa is insulated all around and comes with double glazing. The ground floor features underfloor heating.
Ground floor
The main entrance is on the garden side of the villa. On entering the house, you come into a spacious hall with toilet, wardrobe and access to the various rooms. From the hall to the left, you can enter the large living room, which features patio doors opening onto the terrace. The kitchen has an open connection to the living room, with a bar connecting these two spaces with each other. The expansive kitchen benefits from ample light entering from the conservatory.
