Seales Court is a charming period house, built in the classic Cotswold style with gabled elevations and mullioned windows. Listed Grade II and dating originally from the 17th century, the house was substantially extended in the early 20th century. Seales Court is a wonderful family house with great character. Unlike many Cotswold houses of this style and period, there are plenty of windows allowing lovely south-westerly views over the gardens. The large reception hall immediately gives a good feeling of space with a large drawing room and dining room on either side which are perfect for entertaining. The sitting room is also a good size and beyond is the kitchen/breakfast room. This is fitted with a range of units and an Aga and there are French windows onto the garden. 



There are seven double bedrooms on the first floor, served by four bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are interconnecting, allowing them to be used as a large master suite if required.



Seales Court occupies a private setting on the edge of the village. A pair of wrought iron gates open onto the driveway which leads to a parking area opposite the front door. Beyond is a pond surrounded by mature trees and shrubs, under planted with spring bulbs. The driveway continues past the back door to a garage and workshop.



The main gardens and grounds lie to the south and west of the house, providing an excellent outlook. There is a paved terrace along the side of the house with access from the drawing room and kitchen. Beyond are wide level lawns with mixed borders, edged by clipped yew hedges. Located to the side of the house is a swimming pool surrounded by a yew hedge. It is entirely private. Set further away from the house is the hard Tennis Court.
