This is a stunning private Peninsula off the Andaman Coast of Southern Thailand on Koh Lanta. It is surrounded by National Park land, and is located a short 5 minute drive from Koh Lanta’s most successful 5-star property - Pimalai Resort & Spa. The site has direct access to Ao Noi Beach, which was voted the Island’s #1 beach by Lonely Planet. The land measures approximately 15 Rai (24,000 sqm or 6 acres) and is perfectly suited for development of a 5-star boutique resort with a luxury residential villa component. Koh Lanta has recently seen much improved access and journey times due to the new ‘Koh Lanta Bridge’ and this is set to improve further with the planning of ‘Koh Lanta Bridge 2’. The closest airports are Krabi, Trang and Phuket. As an alternative to Bangkok, there are daily flights to Krabi directly to and from Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Kuala Lumpur and Chiang Mai, amongst others, plus Sweden, Denmark and Finland during the high season. Krabi International Airport’s planned expansion will increase passenger capacity to 5 million by 2020 with new direct flights from Doha via Qatar Airways due to commence in December 2016.
