Pristine in it's own right with a sugar-sand beach, the land surrounding Sunsi Beach virtually begs for conscientious development. The views are spectacular, the breezes balmy and the proximity of the acreage to town as well as the East End and BVI is a rarity. In total there are 60-plus acres including a drivable nature trail that links both bays.
