This fantastic property in the heart of Kungsviken, as a wonderful, high, unobstructed location with a view of both the harbour and the sea. It has its own boat berth, and is so close to the popular beach and swimming school in Kungsviken that you can walk there in your bathrobe. The residence has a porch deck, fireplaces, two bedrooms and a sleeping loft, and all in a smart, exciting layout. The house also has a spa area with an indoor pool that enjoys a view of the sea.
This property will give you the excellent quality of life you’re looking for, with a sea view that’s apparent throughout the house. The hall has grey clinker floor tiles with sub-floor heating, and plenty of wardrobe space.
