These building sites totaling 2,236 square meters and the agricultural land plot next to the sea are located in Maslinica, the only village on the west coast of Šolta Island. Each plot of land possesses project documentation for construction of a villa. Staking out plans are already made and municipal and water contributions have been covered.
Construction permits have been obtained for a total of four buildings, of which three may take up the area of 196.26 square meters, while the fourth may take up 189.40 square meters.
