The Round Hall: Specifically designed to be used a dance or yoga studio, this room has a sprung floor with underfloor heating. Built to extremely high specifications the room has been designed to make teaching easier.
The Long Hall: This Hall provides a fully equipped presentation room with state of the art audio/visual presentation system with computer link-up facility. It could be used for other uses should somebody so wish.
The Dining/Sitting Hall: The hall is paved in natural limestone with underfloor hearting and can easily accommodate up to 60 diners. A modern state of the art commercial kitchen has been installed with a capacity to cater for 80 guests attending residential or day courses.
The Dove Barn: This is a separate building adjacent to the main centre and has a wood burning stove. Currently used for storage it provides a flexible space for a variety of use.
There are other buildings that could be further converted. The business is presently run as a profitable lifestyle business, but could easily be scaled up.
There are nineteen bedrooms, sixteen of which are en suite. There is a mixture of room types to accommodate all ranges of guests, including two with disabled facilities. Included in this, is a separate annexe house which a triple and two quad rooms. The annexe can easily be converted for use as a manager’s house. All bedrooms have natural slate floors with underfloor heating and have been fitted and furnished to a very high standard. All but two of the bedrooms open onto the main courtyard which has been attractively landscaped to provide a charming outdoor area. In addition, there is also a further sheltered courtyard together with a number of agricultural outbuildings providing a workshop, storage and vehicle storage areas.

The land is formed by approximately 40 acres of agricultural land and 37 acres of woodland. The pasture land has been let to a local, successful, organic farming enterprise. The woodland extends to approximately 37 acres of which approximately 10 acres are mature woodland on the north side of the hill and about 12 acres are young plantations which are now well established. They are planted mainly with English hardwoods with some softwood mixed in.
