The Property is currently ±92.94% occupied with Travelers, the main tenant of the building and number 99 on the 2017 Fortune 500 list, occupying approximately 73% of the space. 1105 Berkshire Boulevard was originally a build-to-suit for Travelers in 1986, and they have remained a tenant ever since, along with recently completing another 5-year renewal.
