Rooms consist of a kitchen and break room, 3 bathrooms, 4 offices, waiting room, entry foyer, bedroom, large conference room with exposed timbers, and plenty of storage.



The 10.83 acres is located in the Floyd VA Industrial Park near the Floyd Innovation Center and Hollingsworth and Vose Company. The land is level and majority is gravel suitable to store large amounts of large equipment or build on to existing structures, or construct additional buildings. The location is close to two state highways. Less than 1 mile to State Highway 221 and Route 8. Highway 221 North to Roanoke, VA is within one hour. 221 South to Hillsville VA and Interstate 77 is a 30 minute commute, and Route 8 North to Christiansburg VA, Blacksburg VA, and Interstate 81 is a 30 minute commute.



Floyd Virginia is a small town in the Blue Ridge Mountains known for its’ small town atmosphere. It’s a great location for business and manufacturing due to the central location for shipping and receiving. Urban markets such as Richmond VA, Washington DC, Roanoke VA, Knoxville TN, Nashville TN, Winston Salem NC, Charlotte NC, Raleigh NC, Greensboro NC, Baltimore MD, and Philadelphia PA, are all within a few hours drive for shipping and receiving.
