Water Features: Over 2 miles of streams and creeks. Most notable are Pryor Creek and East Fork Dry Creek (not dry) which converge on the Eastern Portion of the Ranch. Well depth is 182’ and was drilled in 2006. - Electricity is provided by a computer operated state of the art solar system with propane powered generator back up. The system is twice the recommended size for its usage. Notable Information: Portions of the ranch have conservation easements with the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation to preserve the incredible Elk Habitat on these areas of the ranch. Easement documents are available upon request, but in general they are common sense and are not very prohibitive in nature.
