on the banks of the magnificent Rio Grande River in southern Belize,
and in the foothills of the Maya Mountains as they meld with the deep
waters of the Gulf of Honduras, this splendid, one-of-a-kind Big Falls
property comprises 25-acres of cleared and cultivated land, rainforest
habitat, refuge, and sanctuary for hundreds of avian species, deer,
howler monkey, jaguar, tapir, fox, river otter, rabbits, squirrels,
coati, and numerous other exotic mammalian species. And yes, iguanas,
reptiles, and snakes also call the property home. Presently, eight acres are kept
entirely clean and cleared in a manicured, park-like setting. The
housing facilities include a two-story main house, the top floor
comprises approximately 1,100 square feet of an open living layout with

meditation, Qi Gong, Tai Chi, Buddhist spiritual teachings, and
practices as endorsed by the Oneness University in India; the owner is

and in May with over 700 feet of waterfront located along the Rio Grande
